Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are currently not allowed online. However, we do offer exchanges and online store credit. Product must be returned in its original packaging. Product must not be used or damaged. Items on sale are not eligible for exchange. Customers can exchange the product with a new one by contacting us at info@mejordash.com. Exchanges must be authorized. Once authorized, original product can be shipped to the following address within 7 calendar days of the orders delivery: MejorDash 9152 Taylorsville Rd, Suite 115 Louisville, KY 40299 After receiving the merchandise, we require 7 calendar days to process the exchange. The return shipping cost will fall to the customer, MejorDash will cover the shipping cost of the new item. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Exchanges may be rejected if not in the authorized condition stated above.

We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Once orders are processed, customers should receive a separate email with tracking information. Processing generally takes 48-72 hours to receive and process orders. Once an order is processed customers will receive tracking information sent to the provided email for tracking.
